Well first, Hello, name’s Jen and my story has been forged in both grace and fire. Which if you’re on my website, I’m guessing you can relate to. The lessons I’ve learned haven’t come easily; they’ve been earned through work, sacrifice, and a whole lot of faith. I’ve come to believe that anything worth doing will stretch you, humble you, and, if you let it, grow you into who you were meant to be.

I didn’t plan my path perfectly. I sort of stumbled my way up; through a mix of God-given ability, hard-earned grit, and the humility to understand that true leadership starts with serving from the heart. Early in my career, I chased the climb, the titles, the credentials, the endless grind. But somewhere along the way, something changed. Sometimes it’s a slow shift. Sometimes it’s like the flip of a switch; the moment you realize that who you were yesterday no longer fits who you’re called to be today.

I’ve lived through both kinds of change; the quiet transitions and the ones that shake your core. Through it all, I’ve learned that gratitude is a game changer, that asking for help is human, and that leading with your heart can transform a team… and, sometimes, it can also part ways with one. Both are necessary. Both teach you who you are.

Outside of work, I’m blessed to be the wife of an incredible man and the mom of four amazing kids. Most of my favorite moments are spent with them, cheering from the sidelines, chasing new adventures, or just baking cookies together at home.
